    The sexiness of fixer upper was perhaps most prevalent during the days of Fix This House TV shows. Having done quite a few, I still don’t consider myself experienced and advice my clients not to do it. Two major expectations: (i) lots of time and stress (ii) the contractor is the one making all the money
