  1. Can’t believe there was no trash out. The bank should just yank the property from the listing agent if that’s all they did.

    I see nothing wrong with this. As an investor this makes me more interested in the property not less. I see many listings in my area that simply say, “as is” with no interior pictures or description of the condition.
