Because I don’t have enough to do, I’ve forayed into podcasting. I actually intended to start podcasting in 2005 but got sidetracked into this whole blogging thing. I am slowly figuring the technology out, and I’ve always wanted to do this and there is a lot to talk about when it comes to real estate.
I find myself listening to podcasts more often than music these days.
My rough plan, subject to change or whim, is to release a podcast at the beginning of each week to recap the prior week. When I release market reports or something significant comes up, I’ll provide a special podcast for that. I am already getting requests for interviews and that will definitely be incorporated into the content the coming weeks.
I came up with the name of the podcast because it represents how I view the whole swirl of information and living that surrounds housing. And of course, because it is semi-related to the word “Matrix” ’cause it has an “X” in it and suggests “Extreme” as in “Extreme Ironing.” (Hey, I’m being honest.)
