Ida Siegal, as usual, makes a compelling presentation in the short time frame that TV allows. The map in the piece is amazing. Curbed touched on this topic in a past post.

I must admit though, the quote about luxury life style at the close of the segment was a bit disorientating. Images of pet spas and onsite sommeliers in affordable housing came to mind.
